In addition, SoftExpert Drive allows you to share files and folders with other users and teams, assigning specific permissions to each document. It is also possible to grant public access to certain files, allowing external people to view the content without having to access the system.
All of this provides much more security for information without harming the agility and efficiency necessary for good collective work with document sharing.
For greater control, Drive keeps a complete history of all changes made to documents. This makes it easier to manage and track activities, making it possible to know exactly what has changed, when, and by whom.
When a file is no longer needed, you can move it to the trash. If you need to restore it, you can remove the items from the trash before it permanently deletes the documents.
With version 2.2.3, you never lose sight of an activity or miss a document deadline again. You can now create automatic notifications about activities performed in Drive that need monitoring and/or some action from you, such as review, for example.
