For the fifth consecutive cycle, SoftExpert, a global provider of solutions for integrated management of compliance, innovation, and digital transformation, successfully completed the external audit process and maintains the ISO 9001 certification, reinforcing the company’s commitment to Quality management.
The audit, conducted by the certification body Bureau Veritas, took place from July 11th to July 14th, and the company received confirmation that the certification was maintained after complying with all requirements of the Standard. The audited departments showed progress and continuous improvement in their processes.
Caio Vinicius Gomes, responsible for the company’s QMS, says that the fact that the company’s management system is well structured and mature was praised by the auditor, who also highlighted the progress of some processes, such as customer support, now performed by the Customer Center, streamlining the stratification of results. “Maintaining the certification is as important as achieving it the first time and we are happy with our evolution each year,” he points out.
Gomes emphasizes that the recertification confirms the daily concern and attention of employees in the adoption of best practices and in compliance with regulations, which reflect on the quality of products and services offered to customers. “A certified management system offers continuous improvement; thus, everyone wins, the company, the employees, the business partners, the suppliers and the customers,” he says.
SoftExpert was certified in 2009 and, since then, has been successful in maintaining the certification, reinforcing the company’s commitment to Quality Management.
