SoftExpert BRM was released in version 2.2.2 to further expand integration possibilities between the Suite modules and offer easy and intuitive configuration.

Reinforcing this commitment, the latest version brings even more possibilities for rule creation, integrations with more components of the SoftExpert Suite, new triggers, and the ability to use dynamic variables. Check out the new features!

1. Automate processes and enhance connectivity between platform components:

With the update, BRM now offers a series of new actions that facilitate integration and increase automation possibilities, allowing the platform to function more smoothly and connectedly. Now, you can automate important operations in different areas, ensuring more agility and less manual work. Check out the new available actions:

  • Creation of a workflow
  • Creation of an article
  • Creation of a Kanban activity
  • Modification of a Kanban activity
  • Creation of an approved document
  • Creation of a scheduled maintenance
  • Unlocking an individual user achievement

The latest BRM update brings 23 new triggers in 10 components, allowing for even more comprehensive and connected automation. These triggers offer proactive monitoring of the most relevant events, triggering automatic responses that save time and increase efficiency. Check out some of the new triggers you can configure:

4. Ensure precision when configuring rules for numerical values:

In this version, BRM offers a range of operators for validating numerical fields, allowing for more detailed control over your business rules. Now, when applying filters to numerical values, you can choose from operators such as “Equal to,” “Not equal to,” “Greater than,” “Greater than or equal to,” “Less than,” and “Less than or equal to.” This flexibility ensures that your rules are precisely adjusted to specific needs, increasing accuracy in validations and meeting defined criteria.

5. Expand automation and customization possibilities with dynamic variables:

Dynamic variables, previously available only for notification actions, can now be used in Web Service actions, enabling more advanced and customized automation. With this update, you can perform complex and comprehensive actions based on values captured from triggers, optimizing processes and responding to events in real-time.

Currently, you can use dynamic variables in the following components:

  • Audit
  • PDM
  • Customer
  • Supplier
  • Training

This expansion provides more efficient and flexible integration with the SE Suite, allowing companies to configure dynamic and automated actions according to their operational needs.

6. Ensure more efficient and personalized internal communication:

The new internal notification feature allows you to send alerts directly through the platform’s notification center, with support for using dynamic variables for personalization.

This new feature complements existing notification methods, offering a practical and flexible alternative to keep the team informed without relying on external services. Now, you can create tailored notifications for each situation, ensuring that critical information reaches the right people quickly and directly.
