The new version 2.2.1 of SoftExpert Suite brings an incredible new feature to streamline communication between team members.
The comment structure has been remodeled and can be used to exchange information, ask and answer questions, and record decisions about each activity.
You can create topics with answers and mention other users who are working on the activity. This way, you don’t miss any details and make sure everyone involved is “on the same page”.
And there’s more: you can also receive notifications in the suite’s central whenever someone makes a new comment or mentions you in an activity. And if you are following the activity, you will also receive an email with the changes, including comments. Therefore, you stay up to date with everything that happens in the activities you follow.
More fluid communication boosts collaboration between team members and makes it easier for them to find ways to solve the problems faced by the team.
