Offline Workflow Execution
Now you can start and complete tasks offline using the app!
All activities appear on the new Tasks screen, where you can see which ones are pending and which have already started. Just mark the tasks for offline use. After completing them, simply finalize the action, and the system will automatically synchronize them when the connection is restored.
On the Synchronizations screen, you can track the progress of tasks, edit them, view their history, and organize them for synchronization.
This feature facilitates work in remote locations or areas with limited internet access.
Rich Text Support
You can now use Rich Text to start workflows via the app. Previously available only in the online version, this option allows you to configure forms with enhanced details and formatting, such as bold, italics, lists, and colors.
With Rich Text, forms have a clearer and more appealing appearance, making instructions and information easier to understand.
This feature ensures a richer and more adaptable experience in the process, allowing users to customize data display as needed.
Variable Support
Variables are now available when initiating workflows through the app. They function as dynamic fields that can be filled in or updated throughout the process.
With this feature, you can define specific parameters at the start of the workflow, such as names, dates, or numerical values — adapting them to the needs of each execution.
This flexibility makes processes more dynamic, allowing automatic adjustment of information and workflow rules, and ensuring greater precision and efficiency in process automation.
New Rules for Offline Forms
Three new rules are now available for offline use:
- Open external page
- Execute another rule
- Read QR Code
These functions make the user experience more dynamic, allowing additional interactions even without the internet.
Task Filter on the Synchronizations Screen
To facilitate organization, the filter on the Synchronizations screen allows you to separate started activities from those in progress. This increases control and practicality in managing workflows directly through the app.
