Organizing all of the events on your agenda is now much easier and more practical.
Those who already use SoftExpert Meeting know that this solution optimizes the entire meeting management process, from planning to execution to finalization, streamlining activities for all employees and participants involved.
SoftExpert has something else new in its latest version 2.1.3. Events in the Meeting component can be synchronized with the Microsoft Office 365 calendar as well as with Google Calendar.
This new resource was implemented in response to requests from customers, most of whom use tools such as Outlook and Gmail. Now they can schedule events in SoftExpert Meeting and see them directly in the e-mail tool calendar of their choosing.
Simple and easy synchronization
Enabling this functionality is very easy, just go to the Configuration component, click the sync item on the calendar and choose the tool you want – Microsoft Office 365 or Google Calendar.
What can be synced?
With this resource turned on, any meeting registration, change or deletion made in SoftExpert Meeting will be automatically applied to your preferred tool – Microsoft Office 365 or Google Calendar.
