With over 20 years of experience in the agribusiness, human resources, marketing, and technology sectors, Andréia Higgins has built a career marked by leadership, innovation, and consistent results. Throughout her career, she has held strategic positions at major companies such as Bunge, where she served as Export Commercial Manager, in addition to holding management roles in organizations like Cybersul, Execplan, and TBL, where she led commercial and marketing areas. She also worked as an internal auditor in quality, health, safety, and environment — experiences that strengthened her systemic vision and focus on operational excellence. For the past 15 years, Andréia has focused on the technology market, with an emphasis on forming and developing high-performance teams. Eight years ago, she delved into the ESG universe, combining her business experience with a passion for sustainability and positive impact. She holds an MBA in People and Business Management from BSP – Business School São Paulo, a specialization in Environment and Sustainability from FGV São Paulo, and a specialization in Energy from Harvard University.
