Suite is given commenting feature on portals

With the comments resource, you can start a new topic, participate in a discussion that has already begun and indicate people or groups that need to be involved. The user or group mentioned will receive notification on what is happening. And the best part is that all of this will happen right next to the indicators and graphs that are on the portal and that gave rise to the discussion, making it easier to find consensus and for solutions to evolve.

Everything under control

Each topic only has to remain open for as long as necessary. Once the matter is resolved and it no longer needs to be listed as pending, its status can be changed to resolved.
