SoftExpert Suite version 2.2 has a new resource that can make the document review process even more simple and easy. Now you can invite people from outside of your organization to participate in the process.
And how will it work?
During the review, just enter a name and e-mail address to invite external users. They can carry out steps such as:
- agreement;
- approval;
- document certification.
You can send a personalized e-mail to guests defined when using the tool.
The user then receives an e-mail with a link that will take them to a page where they will be able to see the document, make notes, and grant approvals.
After finalizing the review, the guest user can finish the evaluation by adding comments and a final decision on the documents approval or denial.
