Track the evolution of Risk Plans and Controls with revision comparing

Published in March 28th, 2019

Tracking the evolution of Risk and Control Plans has become easier through the SoftExpert Suite.

“Comparison of revisions in the risk and control plan” presents the changes that occurred with the risk plan during the monitoring period. It evaluates if the managers are evolving with the Risk Management and Controls in the organization process, simplifying the presentation of the results to the auditors and facilitating leader decision-making.

How does it work?

As of version 2.0.15, SoftExpert Risk highlights the differences between the versions of the plans, analyzing and evaluating the risks and controls.

During analysis, users can define which information they would like to compare. Several options are available, including:

  • Results,
  • Treatments,
  • Responsible parties,
  • Plan of action.

If the risk plan in question was created from a Plan Template, SoftExpert Suite also allows you to compare the differences between a Risk Plan and Plan Template.

One of the ways to perform this comparison is from the Risk Plan Planning menu. Simply select a risk and control plan and enable the “Compare reviews” option.
