Starting with the SoftExpert Suite version 2.1.5, users of the Risk component can store population data and extract samples, using sampling methods, for use in control tests and audits. Automated control test plans improve operational efficiency and contribute to compliance, in addition to guaranteeing transparency, which helps internal audits.

Population Registration and Sampling Methods

SoftExpert Suite is a flexible tool that adapts to different scenarios.  That is why each customer is able to define populations, through manual registration or by importing data from Excel spreadsheets. This will make it easier for companies that already have this data elsewhere.

Another enhancement regards the ability to define customized sampling methods. Three types of methods can be selected in the solution: simple random sample, convenience sampling and quota sampling.

With all of these functionalities, the SoftExpert Risk solution allows for documentation of control deficiencies and establishment of action plans, reducing your risk profile, discovering trends, and providing visibility of test status and control problems. This means companies are capable of boosting their efficiency and promoting an environment of continued and transparent monitoring.
