SoftExpert expands its portfolio of solutions

SoftExpert launches three solutions to help companies on the path to digital transformation

SoftExpert, a provider of solutions for the integrated management of compliance, innovation and digital transformation, has just launched three solutions to help accelerate the digitization of organizations, ensuring scalability, a better customer experience, fewer failures and improved operational efficiency.

Enterprise Service Management (ESM), Supplier Lifecycle Management (SLM) and Environmental, Social and Corporate Governance Management (ESG) are the new solutions in SoftExpert’s product portfolio. The announcement was made in February at Partner Summit 2022, an event that brings together the company’s entire sales force.

According to Marcelo Becher, SoftExpert’s product marketing coordinator, SoftExpert ESM will improve the quality and performance of the services offered by companies, integrating service requests, incident and problem management, change management and the knowledge base on a single platform. “With the advancement of technology and apps, people can easily request transportation or order a pizza using their mobile phone. In the corporate world, employees are looking for a similar experience, whether their request is directed to IT or another service department like HR, legal, finance or purchasing,” Marcelo explains.

Another new product is SLM – a solution for managing the life cycle of suppliers, as supply chain management is currently one of the biggest concerns of managers.

SoftExpert SLM aims to satisfy the market demand for a supplier management solution that is more efficient and robust. With SoftExpert SLM, companies can centralize supplier data, avoiding errors and data loss and ensuring more organized and consistent management. In addition, it promotes the establishment of healthy and lasting relationships with the entire supply chain.

The SoftExpert ESG solution was created to help companies overcome one of the main challenges in preparing sustainability reports: the need to consolidate data from different sources. The solution automates data collection and indicator calculations, in addition to providing other tools such as action plans to help companies define what needs to be done to achieve sustainability targets.
