SoftExpert expands operations with offices in Mexico and the United States

SoftExpert, which serves more than 2,000 customers in 37 countries, is opening offices in Mexico and the United States.

SoftExpert provides software and services for automation and business process improvement, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance for more than 2,000 companies in 37 countries around the world. In order to continue its global expansion plan, the company is expanding its structure by opening offices in Mexico and the United States.

Mexican operations

The Mexican operation has already garnered new clients, including big names like Avigrupo, one of the country’s leading producers of live and processed chicken, and Givaudan  (Mexico), a global leader in the creation of scents and fragrances. To manage this office, SoftExpert hired Roberto Carlos Ferrer, a professional with extensive experience in the Technology sector, with work experience in companies such as Oracle (Mexico) and Ricoh (Colombia).

US operations

In the United States, where SoftExpert already serves customers such as the multinational Smiths Medical, Yorozu Automotive, Fitesa and Dekalb, command of the future unit has been given to Kelson Lunardelli, who has been commercial director at SoftExpert for 16 years.

Lunardelli emphasizes that the company’s partnerships and operations abroad are betting on SoftExpert Excellence Suite (SE Suite), SoftExpert’s main product, which was completely remodeled in 2016, focusing on differentiating it from global competitors and boosting sales.

“In North America, our goal is to expand operations. The region has a great potential market, and the expertise we have in serving North American multinationals gives us the know-how and support to broaden local operations,” says Lunardelli.

Partnerships

By 2016, the Brazilian company had already signed a partnership with the Saudi company Sela Digital Services to sell its systems in the Middle East, and another in Colombia with Ricoh, which started to resell the Brazilian company’s solutions. With this partnership alone, the goal is to exceed R$ 3 million in business revenues in the first year.

Growth

In 2015, the company generated business revenues of approximately R$ 9 million in the international market, a number that grew by roughly 30% in 2016, ending the year at more than R$ 12 million.

Over the last five years, SoftExpert has achieved an average organic growth rate in exports of around 30% per year. Focusing on expansion, the company plans to expand operations in markets including Europe, Asia and the United States, as well as the G20 countries.

In 2017 and 2018, the goal is to garner new customers of various sizes and vertical positions, as part of a plan to have export sales account for approximately 50% of total revenue by 2020.
