Enable settings for Process and Form
You are probably wondering “What do I have to do to make my processes work offline on my phone?”
See how simple it is, just enable the settings in the process automation and in the responsive form that is associated with it. Then, everything is ready for you to get started!
Starting the offline processes
After changing the settings, you can download the SoftExpert Workflow application on your mobile device, whether a cell phone or tablet, log in and your enabled processes will be available to start. Thus, the initial forms associated with these processes can now be filled out offline.
Use features from your mobile device
In addition to offline use, the application also allows you to use features such as your camera and access files and images from your mobile device’s storage, thus allowing you to attach these files to the process form.
Finally, as soon as an internet connection is available, all this data will be automatically synced to the online platform.
