New version 2.2.1 of SoftExpert Suite adds new features to the Workflow component.
With the responsibility route feature, SoftExpert Workflow offers a simpler and more efficient way to configure and execute activities and approvals.
In situations where several people need to have the same role, it is no longer necessary to represent each role through a different activity. Just create a route and associate it with a single activity. Thus, when there is a need for changes, only the route is modified, without impacting the process and its respective sub-processes.
The activity will only be completed when all those responsible for the route perform their task, thereby ensuring that the process follows its flow correctly.
